Hypertension Issues and Preventive Measures

I’m surrounded by people with high blood pressure and have lived the majority of my days being conscious and aware of the ailment. My papa is hypertensive, same with my sister and two cousins. Lately, I was taken to the er resulting from peculiar sensations — increased palpitations, dizziness, neck pains and chest tightness. My blood pressure level was a rising 180/100. I, too, am now hypertensive. What triggered this sudden progression? High blood pressure is attributable to hereditary susceptibility, high sodium intake, age, being overweight and kidney failure. It did not take too long for me to deduce that I fell in the hereditary class. I am not obese, not really an overeater, don’t have kidney problems and am rather young 36 years old as of this writing. It feels bad to be hypertensive at such an early age but it is one thing that I have to learn to deal with. A few of the most widely used blood pressure remedies are taking a low sodium food plan, doing exercises daily and keeping away from emotional tension. A food plan decreased in carbohydrates and fats is useful for hypertensive individuals. Working out is also vital to burn up whatever extra fat you retain in your system.
