Little Mermaid Costume for Toddlers
Many girls, like my daughter, are fond of the line of Disney Princess clothes, toys, and costumes. I can relate to that fondness, as I grew up in the 80s and 90s with Jasmine, Ariel, and Belle. However, unlike that era, young girls today can find costumes featuring their favorite princess on the internet that they can enjoy for Halloween, birthdays, or playing pretend.
When I was eight, my grandmother crafted me a Little Mermaid costume out of a sheet, an old party dress, and a little lace. I’ll quite relieved that I can simply purchase a toddler Ariel costume for my daughter rather than spending a lot of time sewing. I love the fact that there are now Ariel costumes for adults as well – my daughter and I could dress alike for Halloween. What will they think of next?!
